Ivan the Terrible

fear is the knot in my tummy,
controlling my thoughts and my words,
and I glare and I feel pretty crummy,
but no more can I hold in the birds,
that screech and peck me all gummy,
until I scream, and,though awk-ward,
they dart out as I play my rummy.
