A crack in my foundation
My heart is split in two
He is dead now
Going through the motions of life
Nothing is important
My every action causing strife
He is dead now
The death of a boy so unfair
The older should not outlive the younger
A hole in my heart completely bare

His picture living on my shelf
I talk to him night and day
It is time I must remind myself
