I am a ferocious volcano
waiting just waiting
to strike on anyone who angers me. Releasing all my anger
in the form of lava upon them.

At other times, I am a majestic eagle,
soaring peacefully through the air
with the wind in my face
and not a care in the world.

I am happiness
coming and going.
I come when you feel great excitement or enthusiasm,
I go when tears fall down your face
and you’re depressed.
I can come whenever you want me
it’s your decision not mine.

I am the sea; I flow fluently
to wherever the current takes me
never stopping,
I just keep on going.
