Panic

My heart is beating in my ears
An wave of sweat washes over me
The world starts spinning,
I hold on tight,I scream but not loud enough
I punch I hit I kick but panic never let's go
it grasps me with it's hands
Then it drops me.
I sit still
Breathing heavily,tears coming to my eyes
But then I hear a voice
"It's okay" it says
And for once I believe it.
I really do
At least for now.
