In kinder we met,
On that scary first day.
My best friend and I.
Together we played,
Each and every day,
My best friend and I.
Now she must go, and I must stay
Our paths may never meet again,
Or they may tomorrow,
Or who knows when?
I hope they will,
But it’s not my choice,
So remember me forever.
