Blind
Anybody who thought of the word blind, thought it meant not seeing anything. It also means, not seeing reality. Every day I would wake up. Blind. Blind, from the world outside that front step. Blinded by fear, blinded by love. Stuck. No place to go. Just sitting on that very bed. No windows, no doors. No people. No sound. Isolated inside. No family, no friends. One person. One soul. One heartbeat. Never to be woken from this horrible nightmare. Where the only one that exists, the only thing that exists, is you.
You're blind, too.
