Sometimes we mask how we really feel
Sometimes we mask how we really feel Not letting anyone know what is real Wondering if anyone would know That we are hiding something to show We really want to speak out loud But our fears tell us, "It is not allowed." There are many people like that Are you that soul? Sitting there and wondering While that indecision takes its toll Then its too late Your chance is gone What was once open for you take Is now withdrawn The person you admire Or the one you love Will just be the one That you can only dream of With that said and done Now its time for some fun Take a risk, a chance Ask them to the movies or a dance Because youll never know what will occur Something good might happen Something youd rather prefer So dont hide something you know When you can let it out and show Tell someone your dreams Even if it is a lot harder than it seems
