The heart of a rose

My heart is a rose with a 100 petals,
Most just want to tear them apart to see what's inside,
But now I have found the one man, who unlike the rest,
Would rather let love shed the petals away,
Until my heart is ready to reveal what it holds.
My heart is a rose with barely any petals left,
For his love is so strong,
I know now that I can trust him with the only life I have left,
The pain,
The hoarer,
The laughter,
The joy,
Are now as much a part oh him,
As he's a part of me.
