Buried Sanity
The conflict in my mind has caused some pain
The walls in my head are all shaken, unstable
I no longer have confidence, now I refrain
To use my words to caress, as did the cradle
I have caused this war, without weapon of course
Substituted by thoughts and convictions
I am dying up there, my head in the air
I am crying up there in the cold, cold air
Winter came to take me and my sanity
And took us to its grave silently, secretly
