I AM
I am shiny orange puzzle piece; the first one you see,
the last one you need
The one you always seem to lose
I am tripping; unsteady, unsure
I am laughter; loud and sometimes an act
I am squirrel; playful and clueless
I am Jealousy; strong, lost
I am the number 13, unlucky to some
I am boring brown Toyota; reliable, but always second best
I am broken-in lazy-boy; familiar enough
I am never-ending supply of room-temp water;
Always there, never complete without something else
I am un-tuned piano
I am crowded restaurant next to the sea;
Peace just out of reach
I am provoked wind; too hard to catch
I am tall tree of my youth
I fear loneliness, regret, rejection
The word behind my eyes is ever changing;
Hoping to please you
I am various smiley icons.
I am etc.
I am Liz
