A Poem To Me
Any person can relate to a poem in some way.
A sad poem, happy poem, angry poem, a poem about
Death or ones about life. Poems about rain, snow,
And the sunshine, Poems about friends,
Families and enemies.
Poems randomly come to me. I could be looking at pictures,
Being out side and enjoying the scenery around me. Having the
Wind blow against my face on windy days, looking at the pretty snow
On the ground, or even by watching the water flow past me at a lake,
Or listening and watching the wave’s crash at the beach.
I love a poem that calm people down and makes them happy. Poems that get peoples
Attention from the first line they read all the way to the last. Dramatic poems,
Poems about the weather and nature, poems about life.
What really is a poem? To me a poem is just a bunch of words that rhyme.
A few words put in a paragraph together about a topic that people can relate to.
Putting words together like the cat is fat it should have a nice hat. Something as
Stupid and simple like that. Maybe that’s why there aren’t any poems about oranges.
Because nothing rhymes with orange.
