Lust Underneath
The way her smile looks at me
The way her lips corrupt
The way her hair lies so free
Underneath
But no so warm as this
The urge
To steal away one kiss
And then a fire’s lit
On every surface that we bit
Till finally
To find a tongue
To remember she’s alive and young
Greets me with such sudden speed
And want and lust and strength and greed
Seizes me
No longer mine
Just the thought of it
So divine
