Selfish Man
Sometimes I forget whose name I uphold,
Because the hurt and the pain truly gets old,
Never in my life have a felt so alone,
As I sit in agony waiting by the phone,
But by this time I feel nothing at all,
The day I found out you were never gonna call,
I tear up everything that comes in my way,
There’s so many things I wish I could say,
I hate how our relationship is so far from fun,
You make me feel like I am no one,
Maybe that’s why I forget who I am,
All because of one selfish little man.
