I don’t want you to go away
Not the man that stole my heart away
I just want you to stay
A friend to me you are forever
I will never see you as a lover
That part of you
You hide from me
I want you to hold me close
And feel you against me
I want to feel your caress
And feel you take away my stress.
Now I’m choking on bitter tears
But I’ll remember you for many years
That man that stole my heart away
I know I’ll get it back one day.
