Ink Stained Journal
A splash of ink upon a page,
Drowned in memories,
Wrought from tears and nightmares hence,
Such frantic effigies,
And she cried the fears she felt,
Uncommon, as before,
The cracks she felt upon her mind,
Voracious, we implore,
She cried the ink with utter care,
A writer, she may be,
Yet saved none last for her own sake,
'Twas papers, finally,
She sewed within this uncouth journal,
The memories she wept,
And hid away, from all the world,
The burning scars she kept.
