Favorite Quote:
"All that is gold does not glitter/Not all those who wander are lost/The old that is strong does not wither/Deep roots are not reached by the frost"

It’s a heavy concentration
Condensing thoughts in tight compress
When temples are clanging afternoon
And pupils refuse to focus

It’s the dead of the fluorescence
Better known as a prison in a class
Decaying brains by bitter education
Teaching murder while doing it en masse

Headaches trickle down slowly
Pooling stagnant under my eye
Bruising coolly glazing over
A pain that thunderbolts comprise

Pour out the desperation
To a deaf divine power
Moan and pray that it will be swift
And be soon blessedly over

This poem is a wonderfuly eloquent way in which to say "school sucks" Congrats on rising above the common langauge of the masses! I also love the title and how it's inseperbale with the poem and helps you understand it better. I am fairly jealous, because I am terrible with titles. Nice job!

I have to say that your imagery is wonderful. I especially loved the third stanza. Definetely my favorite.
