Underneath
these dripping worn out lies
is a girl with tear stained blue-green eyes.
She doesn’t speak anymore
Tired of crying
at the door.

What I love about this poem, is that it can be taken in so many different directions; it can be related to so many different emotions and feelings. I especially loved the line "a girl with tear stained blue-green eyes," the imagery was beautiful and it evokes so much emotion in the reader. Phenomenal work!!!

I love this poem especially because I can relate to it in so many ways.
