Never Give Up Hope
The mile grows longer
the further I go,
but I'll grow stronger
on my way down the road.
My burdens are hard to carry,
my doubts always there,
I'll always be merry,
knowing someone else cares.
My regrets and my sorrows,
I'll work them all through
the night 'til the 'morrow
and maybe the sky'll turn blue.
Never give up hope,
that's my advice to you.
Then you'll never have to cope,
withh knowing what's untrue.

I remember when I was younger I felt hope was hopeless, because everything I hoped for only dissappointed me. Now, because of my best friends, Brooke and Kylen, I can see now that giving up hope is never an option, for it futher discontents you. This poem is dedicated to them both as a thanks.
