Why would you do so?
My heart aches
from your foolishness
my eyes glisten with
traitor tears
why her?
she acted as nothing
when I thought we had something
I wouldn't know
I miss your touch
that first kiss
that last hug
your crooked smile
that brightened my day
my love for you
will never be the same
I want this to be a dream
I want her to be a figment
of my imagination
I want you by my side
