Alone
The thought of being in a crowd makes me want to rip through every layer of my skin
Talking to someone
I’d sew my mouth shut
But
Being alone
God that feeling of no one watching
You can do anything
It gives me pleasure just thinking about it
I can’t help but smile
From the thought of solitude
My soul feels alive
She is itching to get out
Fly around the room
Be whoever she wants to be
And burn whoever gets in her way
She loves being alone
She’s free
And I lay here
Dreaming of being that free
