Why do I speak
When I'll never be heard?
I let my words go
They fly free like a bird
I wish that I was
somebody who would matter
but each time I try
I keep getting sadder.
I'm trying to tell you
if only you'd hear
but when I start talking
you turn off your ear
And if I could tell you
I just want to say
If you won't listen,
I'll just go away.
