We met in 5th

6th grade came
We called each other “best friends”

7th grade came next
We’d hang out
Still being friends

Here comes 8th
Still the best of friends
Happy and ready for high school
So ready we thought we were cool

Wow how time flies
Saw each other in second semester
Oh how that was much better
Seeing and laughing with each other

Through those two summers

11th grade we are almost out

We’ve been friends for 6-7 years
