Eldest daughter
Doesn’t matter the gender
The eldest’s shoulders is where the responsibility falls upon
But daughter, heavier is your weight
I feel your pain
You try your hardest
You attempt your best
Accused as a perfectionist
But subject to trouble if anything less
The only possible reason
I can think of is being the oldest I guess
There are three of you
But it’s like you’re the only one seen
You’re losing your cool
But you keep your face serene
T do what you do
Out of love
Some because it’s mandatory
You usually don’t have a choice
All the time tears leave your face moist
Sometimes its just too heavy for you to hoist
But im here to tell you i'm just like you
But we’re stuck on this path
With no other to choose
Because we are held to higher standards n expectations
And to different rules and regulations

I'm the youngest so I can't really relate, but this was nice work.

*life isnt about pretending to be something you're not. It about being who you are and finding someone
who loves every bit of it."

"Life's tradegy is that we get old too soon and wise too late"

WOW..I feel the exact same way!! Even though I LOVE being a sister, theres sooo much pressure when you're the oldest. You have to be perfect. A role model. Beautiful poem. It was written perfectly, I could really relate. It was like taking the thoughts out of my brain and into this article. Awesome job.

I seriously could just feel myself being written by someone elses hands. It's really good. And personally I seriously can relate to this poem.
