The Golden Tree and Eve
There are sparkling streams
And glistening pools full of glimmering fish
Trees of fruit standing tall
All for Adam and Eve
But leave the one single golden tree alone
Unless thou wishes to deny Him and the throne
Be warned the deadly vile snake winds
Like an evil menacing vine
Its way around the tree of gold
The vile snake will tempt to eat the holy apple
The very ones never to be consumed
A small bite the fair maiden takes
Then the man soon follows
Now they are gone to work in their own bought doom
Days following and man was never allowed in the kingdom of fruit
Ever again
Nor the women
From now on we toil away in the fields
All thanks to Adam
And fair maiden Eve
