Til' Death do we Part
Young, innocent
And beautiful was she
With great big eyes
The color of the sea
It was hot and sunny
On that summer day
When she met that dark-headed man
With a four letter name
It wasnt long
Till things started to spark
He knew all the right moves
To get to her heart
She loved him, he loved her
At least it seemed that way
But it was when the nightmare began
That I first heard her say
“Oh how I love him so!
But I don’t know what to do
How much longer can i hide the scars?
Cover every bruise?
I know I don’t deserve this
But i can’t leave him, you see
He told me I was his one and only
That he couldn’t live without me”
Time went by, still nothing changed
She felt trapped and dead inside
All her sense of hope had gone
For there was nowhere she could hide
Suddenly she knew what had to be done
It was the only way
To keep her safe from his hard hands
He would have to pay
Pistol in hand, she stood over his bed
Bowed her head and prayed
Then lifted the gun to his head
Closed her eyes and-
BANG
