Changing Time

Time will change,
But it wont change me,
Time can't love,
But it does love me.
When you sit there hoping,
Waiting for a chance,
You look in the mirror,
And with only one glance,
You find that misery,that aging inside,
We all can't help but wonder why.
When you look to the left,
There's always a mess,
Look to the right,
Here comes that fight.
The fight with life,
With family,
Yourself and time.
Just don't look back,
Get ready for that war,
Isn't that what we're here for?
Time's not with me,
It's against me at worst.
