Be who you are and say what you feel, because thouse who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. -Dr. Seuss

I walk up the sidewalk
Gun in my hand
Through the front door
Ready to take my stand

Room full of people
Not yet ready to die.
I pull out my weapon
No more living a lie.

The first shot rings out
Payback for my years of pain.
Mind full of rage
I think of nothing but my gain.

Take a look at my work
Dead bodies all around.
Anger wearing off
Shock now astounds.

What did they ever do?
Nothing to me.
I killed innocent people
My eyes now can see.

Can't live with death on my soul
Such overwhelming guilt.
Shock, pain, and horror
My heart is full to the hilt.

Of this I must beg you.
Think before you act, say, or do.
Or else you might not be so lucky.
This time it might be you.
