Favorite Quote:
"tender is the day the demons go away"

I Am A Feather
Twisting so sweetly
Skin so thin
Blood rushes so quickly
A flush to my cheeks
Sensitive mind; sensitive body
A delicate spirit that wrecks so simply
Limbs so skinny
A face so fine
Drifting in the wind
Flicked carelessly away
Push me down, I will tremble
Quiver
Down a hill that turns into a mountain
Hair so shiny
My skin, like a feather so white

I Am a Feather
I am litter
Shed off of a wing
That needed me no longer
I cannot fly
With the wing’s keeper
I am weak, so fragile
I am wrecked by words
Wrecked by rejection
A feather alone
Poison within my stem

A diseased carried on
To obliterate thy enemies
I promise to destroy you
So let me
A feather with a voice
Unheard
Silent and quiet
Soft in a breeze
But from a feather
Comes strength, for
Thy temper is true
From a dainty feather will come
Fame and pluck
Pluck and fame.
