Sweetness bursts, flowers bloom---
the start of something made for two.
Bitterness follows, smiles gone too soon.
In the aftermath, I still hold you.
In memories, bits and pieces,
hugs, hands and kisses.

Spring, summer, fall and winter.
Could we have walked through the cold together?

Most relationships these days end up on broken hearts and hurtful words, on the ground. But not all relationships, some thrive in the cold we are all in...I think your poem can be used to help people, and though I've never experienecd this kind of broken-heart...I've experienced broken-heartness...even though I've never had the experience you've gone through, I found this inspring...thanks for sharing your poem.
