Zoo Keeper

I am a bunny
hopping and hoping that one day we would meet
I am a baby bird
chirping and staring but I can’t actually tweet
And I’d do anything just to fall at your feet
I don’t even know you but I feel incomplete
You are my zoo keeper
I am a duckling
waddling and wanting to be with only you
I am a kitten
purring and meowing “ If only you knew”
Maybe it’s just that nobody will understand
or maybe it’s that you have a girlfriend
But deep down I know it can’t be true
because
You are my zoo keeper
and I am just a shrew
