Change (Gun Reform Fight)
As a new day starts
And the mourning sun rises
Young hearts lie still
Our pain without guises
Futures cut short
Dreams snatched from their place
We ache for what could’ve been
Not one unstained face
But this time too
As was time and time before
We’ll rise up again
And mend what is sore
We’ll find out voices
Speak for what’s right
We fight for change
Won’t die without a fight
We know if nothing changes
If we lie silent and wait
We will be next
And it’ll be too late
There are too many deaths
But for that we are stronger
We know what to do
We are victims no longer
