Taking a dip

From dry to wet and warm to cold
My body floats and rises
On the surface is sound and the slight rippling water
Underneath is silence and tranquility
A getaway
Swiftly the water guides the movement of my legs and arms
My hair dances and glides beneath the comforting summer sun
At night the water belongs to the moon
The moon's mirror
The sprinkled sky overflows the water
Filling it with light and beauty
