“I’m okay.”
Drip, drip, drip
As the memories ripped through her mind
Like water it ran
Flooding her head
Down the drain
Wash it away
The pain
The sorrow
Drip, drip, drip
A recollection of the past
Came and went
As relapse foreshadowed the future
A cover story already written
Everything is fine
Darkness with soon become the light
And then stop
Everything stopped
