tear-stained pillows
broken shards of glass
bloodied fingerprints
shattered dreams
fantasies unfulfilled
besides the table
the only thing shaking
is the normality
the silence chases the rage
just as well as the vodka
bruises forming patterns
no words able to be deflected
by a wall of numbness
another hole in the wall
another bottle emptied
a titled world full of twisted minds
see-sawing between
escaping and believing
another perfect day
