You'll wake up
The sun won't be as alert
The trees
Not as raw
Her smile
Not as milky
You will know then
You've failed her
Tears will be shed
Names will be spread
The bouquets dried for future memories
Scorched to ash
It was you who cut her open
Let her bleed out
You've crippled her emotions
