Some See Life as a Curse or a blessing
Waiting for Death’s Sweet Release
But Life is a Road, a Lesson
It Can be Bumpy, or at Peace
But Here’s a Story, With a Valuable Lesson
We argued and argued,
I threw the first punch
Everyone else just viewed
Not Ten minutes after lunch
The staff ended our feud
It was not fun
The staff stood and lectured
While the fight was done
The staff conjectured,
While putting in our school record
I shouldn’t have used violence,
Now I suffer my actions
As I sit in silence
They tell me my infractions
The Punishment is set in stone
Like A Scar Or Curse
It’ll follow me into the unknown
Until I reach Death’s Hearse
It’s All Downhill From Here,
I Wish it Never Had to Happen
I Wish it Could Just Disappear
But I Could Feel The Ink in Destiny’s Pen Blacken
And I knew- I had to persevere
