The world portrays love to always be romantic 

To give you a sensation of feeling warm and cozy

To be a sense of happiness when doing something or being with someone

Everything has a flip side

the heads or tails of a coin

Such passion for something or someone can drive people into insanity 

It can bring out the worst in people, things you’d never thought you’d see

Things you see happens in movies or media and think to yourself “Couldn’t be me”

Couldn’t be be I, Couldn’t be us

Boom!

Your world vanishes leaving you damaged and crushed

Now you sit around and think 

Contemplate before sleep

Thinking “I wish I could connect with people through an emotional link

 So they can feel what I’m feeling, I’m trying but I’m not healing

Let me just clear my mind and I can finally sleep.”

You reminisce and you dream

More desperate than you think 

feeding off anger from the past
