The moon’s bright light illuminated the night 

With the stars sprinkled over the sky like sparkles. 

As I listened to splashing waves clashing against each other

An interruption made me walk away 

Leslie come on it's late, we’ll come back tomorrow.

My vibrant yellow bathing suit and I were desperate to swim!

From towels to flower printed sandals I was ready.

Hand made pizza and a taste of red wine 

I could say I was livin’ my best life grazie Italia !

Though I miss my caramel color,

And the bliss that beautiful beach gave me,

At least now my heath and the well being of my family 

Keeps me just as happy during this quarantine.
