Me and my Grandpa
Along with thousands
of people behind us.
Finding my cold seat, A37;
Best seat in the stadium,
12,000 pounds
Of metal, rubber,
And horsepower
Flipping in the air
engines Roaring in my ears.
The scent of methanol
and burnt motor oil fill my head.
I have dreamed for years
