May your grace forever
lay on the keys of the old wooden piano.

The piano where I would watch you for hours.
Your gentle hands moving swiftly up and down the keys.

The piano where I always
wanted you to teach me.

Your talent shined
through my child eyes.

I thought we would have more time.
