The heir to darkness,
The descendant of devilish deeds,
The specter in the shadows.
The unforeseen spawn of light,
The unexpected enforcer of integrity,
The unnoted driver of progress.
Fear is a deity of two domains-
A frightening domain,
A peaceful domain.
Fear is the pinnacle of balance,
Villainous yet heroic,
Prostrating all of humanity.
Fear is the backbone
Of an accountable society,
But also one rampant with snuffed dreams.
Regardless of its intentions,
Fear drives society forward
And is what makes us human.
