i love 'we real cool'! great job with this :)
This poem is a reference to another poem called "We Real Cool", by Gwendolyn Brooks. I put two ideas together; the ideas were, the complete opposite of the original poem, and putting a topic I am strong at. I recently did a speech in front of an audience about having quality education for all and showed a small general idea of what I said. The speech was on the United Nations and was the 4th goal they had which was "Quality Education". I put this idea I'm passionate about into a poem and put it into the perspective of a child that doesn't have quality education or no education at all.
