A Ball of Energy Within Me
It is creeping through my body inch by inch
Burning and flaming as it makes its way through
Urging, cajoling my body to react
Let me go and release me onto the world
It pleads impulsively in haste and hurry
Knocking at my brain’s door no hesitation
I curl my fists in balls defiantly
This flame within me can’t take my will away
But if you look at me a second later
The flame within me snatches my will away
I stomp and pout, screaming and shouting out loud
Scaring and hurting the people around me
Letting that energy out of my body
The energy drains till there is no more left
I feel like there is an empty void in me
Like a black hole sucking in my happiness
Because I am remorseful and regretful
For pouring out the negative energy
On people who didn’t deserve it at all
And were probably hurt from my big outburst
Now I must apologize for what I’ve done

This an amazing example of how I express my feelings in a poem. It feels very good and it's fun!
