granny house
My first bad experience in the house,
Still haunts me to this day.
I was about 7 years old when i was left at grandmas house,
I was alone in the house, grandma was outside in her garden.
I heard something downstairs, I was a curious child, like many kids are,
When I got downstairs I saw the most traumatizing sight one can see,
A tall, skinny, pure white creature that was eating handfuls of candy.
I don't remember what happened next, they say I passed out.
No one believed me, but I know what I saw.
After that day I never stopped thinking about what I saw and why.
I needed to know what I saw,
So I started my research. I found something more terrifying than what happened to me.
This house was made in the early 1930's.
The second family to live here had a tragedy,
4 murdered; wife and 3 children; Father went crazy.
I want to know what made him crazy.
I looked more and found an interview years later from the father.
There was one thing he says that sent chills down my spine,
‘’He told me to do it,’’ he says.
‘’Who?’’ the person asks him.
He says, ‘’Candyman.’’
