Clear Mind
I was never smart
I was quite dumb,
Maybe thats explains
What ive become.
My mind was full,
Never clear,
But shockingly,
I hearf someone near.
A knock on the door,
A reach for my hand,
Suddenly now,
I am in Death's land.
I clutch my heart,
And I see the light,
Then suddenly,
It's like it's night.
The Grim Reaper smiled,
And cupped my cheek,
"Little girl, your story,
It makes me weep.
So I'll let you live,
Your favorite night,
The one that he
Made so bright."
I smiled softly,
And hugged his bones,
They crashed and crinkled
Against my soul.
I ran to him,
And just like that,
We were in a gym
And where the story was at.
We danced for hours,
Hours on end!
It was like my heart
Began to mend.
He walked away
My heart in hand,
And Tears followed down
Onto the grass land.
I stopped and stared
At the flowered floor?
What of the gym?
What of before?
The Reaper smiled,
And took my arm,
"Come with me, darling.
You're in no harm."
And so I followed
Into the heat,
I thought I'd burn
Like a stove filled of meat.
He sat me down
On a throne,
And Suddenly,
I wasn't alone.
So if you ask
"Who the Death love dear?"
That would be me,
The Girl whose mind is finally Clear.
