To learn, to know, to do
This dream is illogical
Is it, for the well-to-do?
To grow richer
To grow stronger
To grow brave and kind
To grow larger than life
To grow beyond time
To grow beyond growth
To grow, and grow, and grow
And after that
What else is there to do?

This piece is inspired by how I see so many people with big dreams that never get to make it. It's a bit of a cliche topic, after all, plenty of people have addressed it before. For many, reaching their dreams is simply impossible, whether it be for monetary reasons or anything else. When you're stuck in a place where you can't grow, what else are you supposed you do but dream? I don't mean to sound completely hopeless. I think being hopeless, especially about the future, is very dangerous. But it is true that sometimes, we're left with no option but to wonder what to do aside from wishing for more.
