Yellow dandelion
Was once just a weed
Sprouted into something more
So many you can see
Spread along the grass
Something a kid will pick
Will soon turn to white
Grow old just like us
Will all blow away
With a breath or the wind
Sent away with a wish
Remembering what it was like,
From a weed to a yellow dandelion
