Butterfly
Glass tears blanket the face
Of the butterfly
When she cries
It is mistaken for a faint melody
Her delicate wings bring her up
They brush the wind
She rises
She is the butterfly
Her colors blossom life
into the empty world
Mother nature is born
When the butterfly is born
The butterfly is grace
She knows control and fear
She consumes her predators
With her sparkling beauty
The butterfly is many things
She is delicate and she shines
She is lively and unique
She is above her predators
The butterfly is many things
But many things aren’t the butterfly

I found inspiration for this when I spent some time outside and would see butterflies fly by.
