Facade
He told me he loved me
At first, I could not see
Putting up a façade in front of him
Hoping it won't put the real me in a whim
Slowly losing the façade
He then leaves suddenly abroad
Leaving me with my thoughts
And my stomach and heart in knots
Finally breaking my façade
Not ever answering my calls
Did he even love me at all?
