A Rocky Life
I stay sitting in the same place,
For as long as I can.
Until I end up getting kicked around,
And me being who I am, I take it.
I never do anything back,
Because what good will it do?
Every now and then I get tossed around,
And still, I just take it.
When it's all quiet I feel safe,
I feel good and feel free.
But when people come around I know,
That at some point I will get attacked.
Sometimes people think I look cool,
They take me and I feel good for a while.
Then they forget all about me,
For a few days I sit in darkness.
But like always I get thrown outside,
And the cycle starts all over again.

This poem was basically just me writing my thoughts in but I just put them in the way a rock is.
